Refund & Pickup Policy
Thank you for your order! Please review our policy below regarding pickups, payments, and refunds.
Order Payment
- Orders must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup, depending on the payment method selected at checkout.
- Cash payments are accepted for local pickup orders only.
Order Pickup
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being marked ready.
- If you need additional time, please contact us in advance.
Unclaimed Orders
- Orders not picked up within 3 days may be canceled and restocked.
- Refunds for unclaimed orders are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are prepared or marked ready for pickup.
- Once an order is ready for pickup, cancellations may not be accepted.
Refunds
- All sales are considered final once the order has been picked up.

Refunds or exchanges are only provided if:
- The wrong item was provided, or
- The item is damaged or defective
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order details.
No-Shows / Refusal to Pay
- For orders placed with cash on pickup, failure to pick up or complete payment may result in refusal of future orders.
